### Aterapy
Management platform for child-development clinics and therapists (occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, psychopedagogy): visual clinical progress, a family portal and scheduling. Privacy by design: RBAC and audit trail from day one (LGPD). Web, iOS and Android from one codebase. Stack: TypeScript, Fastify, PostgreSQL, Expo, Next.js. In development, heading to a beta with therapists.

### Self-knowledge platform (confidential)
The company built and operates its own product: a self-knowledge platform (name under NDA), live in production since 2025 with paying customers and recurring subscriptions. Web, iOS and Android from one codebase. Stack: TypeScript, Express, MongoDB, React Native. Two payment gateways live: Stripe and Asaas (recurring Pix). All architecture, UX, deployment and support decisions made in-house.

Quanima is based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, one of Latin America's leading technology hubs. ## Founder

Quanima was founded by Kayke Quadros, trained at UFMG (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais), Brazil's best federal university according to the Shanghai Ranking (ARWU 2025) and the university with the greatest sustainability impact in South America according to the THE Impact Rankings, on a path that crosses digital arts and programming. He leads projects at the Space of Knowledge UFMG (Espaço do Conhecimento), the science museum on Praça da Liberdade that brings together science, art, technology and astronomy.
